Prerequisites
This continual on-line screensaver works best if you have at least an Internet broadband connection (e.g. ADSL).
To view the brilliant graphics and animations, preferably use a screen resolution of XGA (1024 x 768 pixels) or higher.
For a fluent spectacle of animations together with special visual effects (JavaScript), you need a speedy processor.
If you want the show to run in a Full Screen, you need to disable any active popup-killer software. Also, a firewall suite that blocks commercial ads will inhibit the streaming of beautiful graphic animations in this exposition (are the flags above waving?).
Please switch off the default screensaver on your computer, because it might interfere with this slideshow after a while.

Differences between Internet Explorer and Firefox regarding special audiovisual effects

IE enables Page Transitions (HTML wipes) in this slideshow. FF does not support Page Transitions (Meta tag).
IE enables Animated Graphics (.GIF) by default in this slideshow. FF suppresses Animated Graphics by default. (Also, the firewall 'ZoneAlarm Security Suite' inhibits so called commercial ads, e.g. the waving flag.)
IE shows our TypewriterText effect (JavaScript 1.2). FF does now show TypewriterText effect (JavaScript 1.2).
All multimedia effects function properly (Javacript DHTML). Several clientside JavaScripts do not run in Firefox nor Safari.
IE shows videofilms (.AVI) via dynamic/inline image tag. FF cannot show AVI via <img dynsrc=...> .
IE can present sound simply via <img dynsrc= ...> within page. FF cannot present background/inline sound via <img dynsrc=...> .
IE has poor graphical processing of background image moving from right to left over canvas (CSS in JavaScript). FF has fluent background movement of image over canvas via Cascading StyleSheet.
IE has pseudo-FullScreen. FF has a better FullScreen presentation of slideshow in browser window. Pressing F11 gives a larger viewing area.
FF cannot find a plugin for .AVI video's.
IE (on WinTel platform) can not handle the spectacular Color Range Cycling such as the Commodore Amiga could with graphic format *.ILBM. Even in animated images: PageFlipping and ColorCycling together: Real-time psychedelic effects !! Sadly enough, Microsoft has abandoned its own multimedia tag in the newest version of Internet Explorer: 'img dynsrc' will not work anymore in IE v.7 . It is a very handy and simple to use tag-attribute for inline sounds or direct video films within a webpage. Yet again, another blunder of MSFT. Many websites have to be re-coded.
